Eurovision Services is seeking an HR & Communication Intern to join our PCC (People, Culture & Communication) team based in Madrid, Spain.

Principal Responsibilities:

As an HR intern, you will support the PCC team in People Development activities, with a particular focus on Internal Communication and Recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the development and maintenance of an internal communication content plan

· Enhancing employee engagement and fostering a sense of belonging by identifying, curating, and sharing professional stories from within the organization.

· Collaborating with all departments to gather and distribute relevant content internally.

· Assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists in the selection process for roles of varying seniorities and expertise, dealing with job postings and CV screening.

· Learning how to conduct phone interviews and participating in competency-based interviews.

· Handling back-office activities related to the selection processes, such as scheduling interviews with candidates and liaising with universities/business schools for the internship agreements.

Your Skills and Experience:

· A bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Digital and Corporate Communication, or a related discipline.

· Digital skills and experience in managing social media platforms.

· Experience in content creation or copywriting is an advantage.

· Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus

· Proactivity, curiosity and willingness to learn.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
